A dark plastic cover in Florida sun gets warm, which is worth knowing before food goes straight onto it. Set trays and foil pans on top rather than directly on the surface and the cover does its real job, which is catching everything that spills and coming off in one piece at the end.
Three covers at 54 by 102 inches each. The breeze coming up the river is enough to lift an unsecured corner, so clip or tape all four before anything heavy goes down. Teal, black and gold hold their color under hard light better than lighter prints do.
