Navy is the dark blue that behaves like a neutral. It does not announce an occasion, which is why it ends up at a baby shower, a school event in navy and gold, a retirement dinner and a boat-themed birthday without looking borrowed from any of them.
Six and a half inches is the lunch fold, the most useful size on this shelf: large enough for food, small enough to stack. Two-ply premium stock, fifty to a pack. Navy covers, plates and a three-ply beverage fold are all on this shelf if the table needs to go further than napkins.
