Worth writing about
- A fact on a page that is wrong — pack size, format, color, listing name.
- A button that leads to the wrong article, or to nothing.
- A piece that has been discontinued but still has a page here.
- A piece from either label that is missing from the catalog.
- A pack that arrived with a print or count fault — send the code from the back of the pack.
- Anything unreadable: a broken layout, an image that will not load, a page that behaves badly with a screen reader.
Include the address of the page. It halves the time it takes to fix anything.
Not worth writing about
- Orders. We have no access to any order, tracking number or refund. The retail partner who took your money is the only party who can act. See shipping and returns.
- Stock levels. We do not track how many units a listing has left and cannot reserve any.
- Paid placement. Positions in the catalog, guest posts and links are not for sale, and the offer will not be answered.

Product photographs come from the retail listings for our own articles. Team and university marks belong to the clubs and universities and appear on licensed pieces. If you hold rights to material shown here and want it removed, write with the page address and it will come down while we check.
