Questions we get asked

Are Creative Converting and Trendware the same thing?

They are two names on the same production. Products under the two names share formats, weights and color numbers, and it is normal to receive a pack printed with one name when you were expecting the other. That is why this catalog carries both in one list instead of splitting them.

Can I order on this site?

No. Every button here opens the article at one of our retail partners, and the order is placed there. This site has no checkout, so it cannot take an order, change one, cancel one or tell you where a parcel is — the partner who took the payment can do all four.

Why is the price on the listing different from the price here?

Because the number here was copied on the date printed in the buy box and the listing is live. Disposable tableware moves in and out of promotion constantly, and multipacks change price with the season. The listing is always right; we are always a little behind.

How many napkins should I buy?

Three per guest for a sit-down meal, four or five for anything with drinks and standing. People put a napkin down and never pick the same one up again. Plates are simpler: one per guest per course, plus a few.

Beverage or lunch napkins?

A beverage napkin is the smaller square, meant for a glass in one hand. A lunch napkin is the larger one, meant for a plate on a lap. If you are only buying one size for a mixed event, buy beverage: they cost less, you will use more of them, and nobody has ever complained that a napkin was too small at a drinks table.

Will two packs of the same color match?

Usually, but not always across formats. Color numbers are shared, yet plastic and paper take dye differently, so a plastic cover and a paper napkin sold under the same color name can sit a shade apart under warm light. Where an exact match matters, buy the whole table in one material.

Are the licensed team pieces official?

The NFL and university pieces are licensed products. The marks belong to the clubs and universities and are used under license for those articles; we do not speak for any of those organizations.

Something in the catalog is wrong. Who fixes it?

We do, if you tell us. Write via the contact page with the address of the page. Corrections to facts — a pack size, a format, a listing name — are the ones we can act on fastest.
