Amethyst is a jewel-tone purple and it is barely stocked here: this fork pack and one plastic table cover are the only two pieces in the shade. If the table is being built in amethyst, those two items are the whole of what the catalog offers.
The listing suggests coordinating with the rest of the amethyst range, which in practice means the cover. For anything else — plates, napkins, cups — the nearest match on this shelf is the mid-tone purple, and the two will read as two purples rather than as one.
Seventy-two forks to a pack, which is three each for twenty-four guests at a seated dinner.
