Navy is the darkest blue in the catalog and, with gold, the base of the entire adult birthday shelf here. It carries milestone birthdays, retirements, graduations and nautical themes, and it is dark enough that it stops being a color and starts being a background.
This listing is a small oddity worth pointing out. Every other rectangular paper cover on the shelf shows the same pooled 4.5 from 47 people; this one shows 4.3 from 6, its own figure, not shared with the family. Six ratings is thin evidence either way, but it is at least evidence about this cover rather than about the format.
Three covers at 54 by 108 inches. Navy also runs to a plastic cover and an Octy Round on this shelf, so a room of mixed table shapes can be dressed in one shade.
