Pastel blue is the softest blue here and the one that belongs to showers and first birthdays. Against white and pale gray it is quiet enough to sit under a fussy centerpiece; against navy it makes a two-tone table that looks more deliberate than either shade of themed print.
It is worth knowing what pastel does under artificial light. A pale cover picks up whatever color the room’s bulbs put out, so pastel blue under warm tungsten drifts toward gray-lilac. In daylight or under neutral LED it stays blue.
Three covers at 54 by 108 inches. Pastel blue is one of the six shades with a full 24-guest party kit on this shelf, and there is a plastic version of this same cover.
