Teal is the reason to buy this printed rather than approximated. There is no teal paper plate on a general party shelf, and the near-misses read as turquoise, which is a different team entirely. Twenty-four nine-inch plates and forty-eight napkins carry the right teal with black and gold alongside it.
Jacksonville plays in heat for most of the season, so the set is usually working outdoors on a table with a breeze across it. Paperboard plates hold their shape under a loaded serving better than thin paper, and two napkins a head is the right allowance when hands are already damp.
On the table
- Seventy-two pieces: 24 plates at 9 inches, 48 napkins at 6.5.
- Teal, black and gold — not a turquoise stand-in.
- Durable coated plates for food served outdoors in the heat.
- No cups in the box; the paper and plates are the fast movers.
