Nine by twelve inches is table-height decoration: tall enough to be seen across a room, short enough that the people on either side can still talk over it. Three to a pack covers the food table, the cake table and the gift table, which is the same geometry the table covers on this shelf are sold in.
Paper rather than foil or plastic, and the listing says the stock allows for reuse, so a centerpiece folded flat after the party can come out again. Bears are the one theme here that carries from a shower to a first birthday without looking like leftovers, which makes the drawer space worth it.
