Arizona hosts in heat that keeps food on a table longer than it should be, and a plate that softens under a warm portion is a plate that bends on the way to a chair. Sturdy serving stock in the nine-inch round size answers that. Forty-eight to a pack, Cardinal red on white.
The deep count suits the way a desert watch party runs: people stay for the whole broadcast because the alternative is standing in the sun, and they eat across the entire afternoon rather than in one sitting. Cardinals napkins and a sixteen-guest kit are stocked here if the table needs more than plates.
