Glittering gold is a warm metallic-effect gold printed on paper. It catches light the way a foil would from a distance and behaves like paper up close, which is the right compromise for a table: real foil creases badly and shows every fingerprint.
Gold is the anniversary and New Year’s color, and the standard partner for navy, black and burgundy at milestone birthdays. This catalog’s adult birthday shelf is built almost entirely on navy and gold, so a gold cover from here matches those napkins and plates without a second order.
Three covers at 54 by 108 inches, with an Octy Round in the same finish. The listing does not state a paper weight, so treat it as the same stock as the rest of this family.
