Pastel blue for twenty-four is a baby shower or a first birthday, and a kit makes more sense at those events than at most. Showers are planned by someone who is not the host, often at a distance, and one order in one shade removes the risk of four packs arriving in four slightly different blues.
The listing states color and guest count only — no component list, no plate sizes. If the shower has a specific need, a dessert plate size for the cake, say, check the packaging or buy that piece separately from the shower shelf in this catalog.
Pastel blue also exists here as a paper cover and a plastic cover, if the guest list runs past twenty-four.
