Party hats on a plate is the print for a birthday that does not have a theme, which is most of them past a certain age. Nobody has to like dinosaurs or cats for it to work, and it does not commit the table to anything the child will have gone off by the following spring.
Seven inches and eight to a pack. The small count is the thing to notice: this is a plate for a family birthday or a party of eight, not for a class of thirty. Put it with plain colors from the color shelf and the hats supply the only pattern the table needs.
