Sixteen is a different kind of pack from the forty-eights elsewhere on this shelf. It is two napkins each for eight children, which describes a kitchen-table birthday rather than a hall: the party where everybody who comes is sitting down and there is no queue for the cake.
Six and a half inches folded, two-ply, with the dinosaur print running in color across the fold. Paired with the 8-count Dino Dig plates the arithmetic lands exactly: one plate and two napkins a child, and the table cover comes by the case if there is a second party in the year.
